Single stream recycling may start as early as this fall. For updates on its start, visit www.co.burlington.nj.us. or sign up for email alerts via www.co.burlington.nj.us. At that time all bottles, cans, newspaper and cardboard can be disposed of in the blue cart. If your family fills its blue tote and yellow bucket every collection, you may need an extra blue tote. If you have not already ordered one, call 609-499-1001 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for order information by June 30, 2014. Collections will still be every other week.

HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE: County Facility (609) 499-5200 pesticides, antifreeze, aerosol cans, gasoline.
T.V.’s & COMPUTERS: Can be dropped off at Public Works on Wednesdays 7:30 A.M. to 2:30 or for weekend drop off call the County for an appointment at 609-499-5200. No cannibalized units will be accept at Public Works.
REPLACEMENT CONTAINERS: Yellow buckets $15.00, Blue carts $75.00
Tire Disposal: Auto without rim $3.50, Auto with rim $4.25, Light truck without rim $9.00 per tire, Light truck tire with rim $10.00 per tire.
BLUE CARTS: Carts are Township property. If you move, you must leave the cart behind. Tracking is done by the serial number registered to your address.
